Minnesota State Mankato is currently seeking qualified applicants for the Assistant Director, Community Engagement in the Student Activities Office.
The Assistant Director of Community Engagement will administer, develop, and maintain service-learning relationships across the University’s campus and community, and serve as a member of the Student Activities team. The employee will train their student staff and volunteers to moderate presentations and lead Community Engagement efforts. The position will present leadership workshops and training sessions that address character formation and will offer relevant subject matter in collaboration with faculty and academic departments to support the general curriculum and University mission. The Assistant Director is responsible for raising funds to assist in sustaining the program through development activities, fundraising and grant writing.
